from the sidewalk to the catwalk:1

These were taken in the ‘photography permitted’ portion of the 2011 Jean Paul Gaultier exhibit at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Faces were projected from above onto blank mannequins , so they appeared to blink, look around, smile, even speak.  It was surreal and weirdly gorgeous.
